Region of Origin: Our beans are carefully selected from the landscapes of Minas Gerais or Sul De Minas, where the altitude of 730-850m and a unique climate contribute to their exceptional quality.

Farming and Processing: We take pride in our meticulous approach. The beans are natural processed, sun-dried to perfection, and carefully monitored throughout the drying phase. This method brings out the coffee's deep, robust flavors, ensuring a truly memorable coffee experience.

Flavor Profile: Notes of dark chocolate, an earthy essence of toasted nuts, a subtle hint of caramel, ending in a rich, smooth finish that lingers.

Expert Roasting: To achieve a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, we collaborate with Empyr Coffee in St. Louis, MO. Together, we've developed a unique roast profile that elevates every cup to a work of art. Our coffee is roasted to a rich, dark perfection, preserving its inherent qualities while adding a touch of sophistication.

100% Brazilian arabica beans. Suitable for both Batch and Espresso brewing methods. 

Whole Bean: grind immediately before using.

Ground: recommended to finish within one month of opening.
